You reach the entrance of the apartment by going down 15 steps. Directly in front of the apartment is a balcony offering lovely views of the surrounding mountain landscape.

Upon entering the apartment, you first step into the kitchen. From there, you access the cozy combined living and sleeping area.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and also has a window, providing natural light and good ventilation.

The apartment is rented to a maximum of one person only. Pets are not permitted.

Initially, a temporary fixed-term rental agreement will be signed. If both the tenant and the landlady are satisfied with the tenancy, there may subsequently be the possibility of changing to a long-term rental agreement. It is important to the landlady to first get to know the future tenant.

Having your own car or motorcycle is highly recommended, as public transport connections in Salobre are very limited.
