We are pleased to offer this well-maintained property for winter stays. After parking your car in the designated space belonging to the property within this small complex of only seven units, you can easily access the bungalow at ground level.

The entrance is via a small terrace (visible in the photos with bicycles), from which you enter directly into the cozy and bright living area. This space features high ceilings with indirect lighting, a pull-out sofa bed, satellite TV, a sideboard, a dining table, and air conditioning with heating function.

The modern kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, an induction hob with four cooking zones, a dishwasher, an oven, and a microwave.

On the ground floor, there is also a spacious bathroom with a large shower. From the living room, you can access the approximately 40 m² sun terrace, which includes an awning and a dining table. A staircase leads from there to the rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy beautiful panoramic views.

Particularly practical are the two bedrooms located in the basement level – here you will find ideal temperatures and complete शांत tranquility for sleeping. There is also an additional WC on this level.

A private water tank with a pressure pump ensures constant water pressure throughout the property.

The residents of this small complex naturally have access to the communal swimming pool.
