After parking your car in the spaces in front of the complex, you only need to walk a few meters to the property. Through the terrace with newly installed sun protection (the slats can be opened), you enter the living area with sofa bed, kitchenette including washing machine, and a guest toilet on the ground floor. On the upper floor you will find the bedroom with a 1.30 m wide bed, built-in wardrobe, and French balcony. An air conditioning unit will soon be installed in the bedroom.

The complex features a large communal pool.

The Maspalomas dunes and the beach in Meloneras can be reached on foot in about 15–20 minutes.

The minimum rental period during the winter should be 5 months.

A pet may be allowed upon agreement with the landlord.
