After you have parked your car in the parking space, you walk a few metres to the property. Once there, you enter the bright living area with a large fitted kitchen via a small porch. On the same floor there is a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, a large "conservatory" and a wonderful sun terrace with unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean, the dunes of Maspalomas and the town, which is illuminated at night.

If you go down the spacious staircase to the lower floor, you will find a surprisingly large guest flat with kitchen, living area, sleeping area, bathroom with washing machine, storage room, etc. This area can be accessed separately from the outside. The owners have emphasised the tranquillity, they are selling with a heavy heart and for reasons of age. The owners have a well-maintained car on the island, which could possibly be taken over by the new owners.
